How do I care for a high quality knife?
Hand wash only. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. After every use, hand clean with warm soapy water and dry with a towel.
Avoid leaving the blades wet and always wipe dry after washing. These blades contain high levels of carbon which can lead to rust spots. Howver high carbon blades are EXTREMLY sharp. So be careful!

Wickedly sharp!
I was looking at this set for several months and once they went on sale for Black Friday I couldn’t pass it up. These knives are the real deal. Right out of the box you could tell you weren’t holding just some ordinary kitchen knife. You can truly feel the strength behind this series from the very first time you pick up them out of the box. I’ve never owned a 1095 carbon steel knife so I’m quite alright with following the instructions to maintain them. I’m blown away by my first TCG set and looking to purchasing more down the road!

Yes
The perfect little utility knife
I was looking for a knife to replace my favorite pairing knife and this has become my new go to knife. I reach for it when I need something smaller yet sharp and boy does this knife deliver.
It’s a little bigger then a pairing knife and it’s weight is more substantial but the sharpness and craftsmanship you can feel when you use it makes this knife a WINNER in my book.
Because this knife series is Not stainless steel you do have to clean and dry it immediately after each use or else it can rust/discolor very quickly. But just like any good tool, if you take care of it, it will take care of you!
