Each one of our knives are made by professional blacksmiths in China with more than 20 years of experience.
It may sound counterintuitive, but dull knives are actually more dangerous than ultra-sharp blades… in fact, the sharper the better! That’s because a dull blade requires more pressure and strength to make a cut, which means there’s a bigger chance the knife will slip and you’ll cut yourself. A sharp knife makes easier, more accurate cuts, and is less likely to slip.

I bought two knives, This Hanta, and the Clever, these are beyond fantastic knives, they are very expensive, which is not always a bad thing, you definitely get what you pay for.
I carry the Hanta knife with me when camping and hiking, it fits perfectly on your belt and is not to cumbersome, by any means. The craftsmanship is far to none. It is extremely hard to find a blade made by a professional Smith these days "in my opinion", Which is another grate part about these knives.
This particular knife is extremely well balanced, has the perfect weight for helping assist you 'well you follow through with the cut; I am extremely pleased with the product and I will definitely be buying more products from the cooking guild in the near future.

This cleaver is definitely the go too for chopping for food prep. And outside Bbq, and meat smoking meats.
I call this cleaver the (Operator)
Note: This cleaver is heavy I screwed in a gun magnet to the side of my knife rack the magnet is the size of a quarter

Cuts veggies and meat like butter..ordered two sets! One set for home and one set for camping and travel! Also encourage friends and family to order ..they love mine, but I don't share!
