Lifetime guarantee

Our lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair of the knife or sheath- free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. You will need to send us a photo or video of the damage. There is a charge repair fee if you encounter future problems, after a replacement has been sent. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage, rusting due to lack of care). Please contact customer support for a quote for repair. 

Sharpening is not covered under the lifetime guarantee, You are required to sharpen knives by yourself.

99-Day Home Trial — Cook With Confidence

We want you to truly experience your new knife before committing.

Feel free to use your knife at home during the 99-day trial just make sure to keep all original packaging, including the plastic blade wrap.

If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return it as long as it’s lightly used, clean, dried immediately after use, and in resellable condition.

Every knife is also backed by our Free Lifetime Warranty, covering craftsmanship and materials for life.

We believe great knives speak for themselves we just give you the time to prove it.

For orders placed on or after April 15, 2025, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the costs of quality control, restocking, and processing, allowing us to maintain our commitment to premium craftsmanship and dedicated customer support. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Sale Pricing

From time to time, The Cooking Guild will offer discounted pricing to products for sale periods. During this time, any purchase made outside of the sale period, will not be offered a refund for the sale price difference. The 30 day money back guarantee will not applicable if returning goods just to receive the new sale price. Any customer caught doing so, will have an immediate block on their account and will no longer be able to purchase from The Cooking Guild again. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thecookingguild.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us for details : support@thecookingguild.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If in any case your item is held by customs, you are liable to pay for its release. 

  1. Refund Policy for Refused Deliveries If you refuse to accept delivery of your order, the following conditions will apply:
    1. Refund of Item Cost: We will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) once the returned package has been received and inspected at our facility.
    2. Non-refundable Shipping Fee: Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded, as we have already incurred the shipping cost
