SALMON AND EGG BAGEL

Pinch of salt
Dash of Pepper
2 tsp butter (and butter for spreading)
2 Cinnamon and raisin bagels split and toasted
2 to 4 smoked salmon thin slices
Place butter into a heating pan.
Beat eggs, salt and pepper into a bowl until blended.
Now add the mix to the medium heat pan and continue to whisk/stir in the pan.
Halfway through mixing add a second knob of butter to add extra creaminess.
Keep removing pan from heat every 15 to 30 seconds and stir to ensure the egg does not dry out and become overdone.
Spread each bagel half with butter. Top with the eggs and place on some slices of smoked salmon, dividing evenly.
