At The Cooking Guild our mission is simple. We create working tools for working people. Every knife is forged with integrity, designed for performance, and crafted to last a lifetime. Each blade is backed by our Guild Guarantee, meaning these are truly blades for life. We believe that true cooking starts with respect for the craft and the tools in your hands. Our goal is to put a Cooking Guild knife in every kitchen across America and beyond, inspiring cooks everywhere to create with confidence and pride.
The Cooking Guild was founded in 2019 by Curtis and his wife Hannah, driven by their shared passion for cooking and finely crafted blades. What started as a humble small business quickly gained traction, fueled by their commitment to quality and authenticity.
We teamed up with Men With The Pot, the viral outdoor cooking sensation known for their forest-side recipes and rustic style. Together we created a knife that combined rugged outdoor utility with true artisan craftsmanship.
We launched the Nomad Series, pushing knife design to new limits. Each blade featured a forged mountain range pattern and deep blue epoxy burl wood handles. This bold design captured the imagination of cooks and collectors worldwide and cemented The Cooking Guild as a leader in online knife design.
The Cooking Guild was featured on Good Morning TV, showcasing our premium Japanese Dynasty Series knives to a national audience. The collection sold out live on air, proving the growing demand for our blades and our commitment to craftsmanship and authenticity.
The Cooking Guild celebrated over 100,000 orders and more than 500,000 knives sold. This milestone marked a step forward in our mission to place a Cooking Guild knife in every home across America and stood as a testament to our community’s loyalty and belief in quality, craftsmanship, and blades with honour.
We partnered with Netflix’s BBQ Showdown judge and award-winning pitmaster Kevin Bludso, the force behind LA’s number one BBQ restaurant. Together we launched his signature BBQ cooking class and the pitmaster-approved Grizzly Series knives. This collaboration united craftsmanship and culinary mastery in a proud moment for the Guild.
We unveiled our sharpest knives yet, the statement Kaiju Series. Forged for raw power and precision, this collection pushes the limits of design and performance. Each piece is both a working tool and a work of art, reflecting our forging mastery and the spirit of Blades With Honor.
