What materials are your knives made from?
We use only premium steels imported from Japan in most of our collections, including high carbon and Damascus steel. These materials are chosen for their exceptional sharpness, edge retention, and strength. Our handles are crafted from durable pakkawood or epoxy resin, offering both comfort and long lasting performance. Each knife is built with a full tang construction, ensuring perfect balance and stability in every cut. These are not mass produced knives. They are crafted to last and perform.
What’s included in your 30 day home trial?
Every order comes with a risk free 30 day trial. You can try the knife at home and if it is not the perfect fit, you can return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days. It is a simple and pressure free way to make sure you are confident in your choice.

How do I care for and maintain my knife?
Our knives are high performance tools that are designed to last when properly maintained. Always hand wash your knife and dry it immediately after use to prevent rust, especially with high carbon steel. Sharpen regularly with a whetstone or honing rod to maintain the edge, and store your knife safely in a sheath or knife block to protect the blade.

What are your shipping and return policies?
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you need to return a knife, you have 30 days to send it back unused and in the original packaging.
