What does “Lifetime Warranty” actually mean?
Our lifetime warranty means if your knife ever develops a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge — for the lifetime of the product.
We stand behind every knife because each one is hand finished and individually inspected before leaving our workshop.
What if my knife arrives with an issue or develops a fault later?
Just email us with photos and your order details.
Our team will:
- Review the issue
- Confirm if it’s a manufacturing defect
- Repair or replace your knife at no cost to you
We make this process fast and stress-free.
What isn’t covered by the warranty?
Like all lifetime warranties, we don’t cover:
- Misuse (prying, bones unless designed for it, frozen food, etc)
- Intentional damage
- Normal wear like scratches or edge dulling from use
- Rust from improper storage or care
