Just threw a brisket on the grill and had to slice off a lot of fat. The Japanese steel cut thru like butter. I’m using the santoku now and the cleaver to chop it up later. Such an amazing and beautiful product!
The knife is light and easy to use. Very sharp and this can be especially noticeable when cutting tomatoes. To sum up my best knife in the kitchen. Highly recommend buying.
Damn good. Everything cuts like butter. I bought Chef’s Knife and the cleaver. Things are so sharp I cut myself cleaning the knife before actually getting to use it. 10/10
