Customer service refused to refund me or help sharpen the knives. They said, “Our knives are crafted to arrive razor-sharp” but the “QC Team determined that the dullness you’re experiencing is not a manufacturing defect, which is what our Lifetime Guild Guarantee covers.“ So they promised razor sharp knives then refused to take responsibility for the poor quality of their product, which in my case, is 5 useless knives.
