These are our proudest pieces of work to date and took almost a year to fully develop and perfect. Finally struck the balance on sharpness balance and sheer beauty. All knives in the ONYX set come with an exclusive ONYX branded sheath and premium custom packaging.

Amazing knife

I love my new cleaver the blade is razor sharp and it feels great in the hand and the weight is on point. The guys I work with in the kitchen want one or something similar

Excellent Cleaver!

I purchased the Onyx Cleaver for my wife, who wanted a cleaver for deboning chicken. Received it yesterday afternoon and have used it myself to cook two meals so far. Looks just as awesome as the pictures. Love the Damascus and the hammering. Handle is very smooth and beautifully finished. Great weight to it, arrived extremely sharp, maintains an edge very well. The wife is equally impressed! Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Thanks, Cooking Guild! I'll be buying more of these in the future.

This is the most amazing knife I have ever bought. I was skeptical at first and it wasn’t easy for me to pay so much for one knife but worth every penny. I will be buying more for me and as gifts. Great knife.
