Ingredients

2 lbs of chicken wings

2 tbsp of cornstarch

3 cloves of finely minced garlic

1 finely minced shallot

1 tsp of finely minced ginger

1 tsp of chili powder
-
1 tbsp of red pepper chili flakes

¼ cup of Korean chili peppers

1 tsp of salt

⅔ cup of Avocado oil

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Wing Method

Separate the thawed drums and flats.

Add chicken wings to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add cornstarch and mix to coat the wings.

Grill wings at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Flip one time halfway through until the wings reach an internal temperature of 190 degrees.

Put the chicken wings on a paper towel after they’ve finished cooking.
Chili Oil Method

Mix the following ingredients in a porcelain bowl: minced garlic, shallot, and ginger. Add 1 tsp salt, the Korean chili peppers, and red pepper flakes.

Grab a pan and pour in avocado oil. Heat the oil until it reaches 350 degrees. Add the heated oil to the ingredients in the bowl and mix to combine.

Once cooled, store the chili oil in a mason jar.
