Ingredients
- 5oz fresh baby spinach
- 14oz can of artichoke hearts (water), drained and chopped
- 8oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves,minced
- 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8oz parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- dash of ground red pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a pot over medium heat add the olive oil and onion. Saute until translucent. Lower heat and add garlic, spinach. chestnuts and artichokes. Once the spinach is wilted add the cream cheese, stir until melted. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place in a baking dish, bake until bubbly. About 15 minutes. Serve with chips, crackers or bread. Enjoy!
