  • 2 TBS All-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2/3 cup blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Prepare the Wings

  1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add the chicken wings and gently mix until coated.
  3. Cover this mixture and chill in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

  1. In a pan, mix all buffalo sauce ingredients over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir frequently until the mixture comes to a simmer (small bubbles with steam at the surface).
  3. Once the sauce starts simmering, immediately take it off the heat. Set it off to the side to cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Blue Cheese Sauce

  1. Begin by melting butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Once the butter melts, make a roux by adding the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon until combined.
  3. After incorporating the flour, stir in your milk of choice in a slow, gradual stream. Keep stirring until the mixture starts thickening.
