Ham Hash. What's the best time for breakfast food, morning or night? Hash is a great dinner to make when you have leftover meat and today we are working with ham! All you’ll need for this one is our Dynasty Petty Knife!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of ham, rough chop
- 2 cups of potatoes, cubed
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- *Eggs your way for topping
Prep all of the veggies. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and potatoes. Cook the potatoes until browned and slightly tender, about 5-10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and reduce heat to low. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Top with eggs and enjoy!
